Nice
wish it could work for real
In the slim chance that this is real, it would require too much force for any Yuppie…but seeing how he’s a carpenter, he could pull it off.
I saw it but i wooden believe it
I know a guy who does this with buzz saw blades and logs. (buzz saw blades are like 30 inches across. He also eats skunks and uses their tails for napkins.
Does this guy also have a Blue Ox?
the board was already cut part way through, you will notice that when the guy puts the mark on it, he is covering the cut up with his square, back it up slow and look at it. All the guy had to do was hit it with the blade to break it off. Physics will tell you that it is physically impossible to get enough spin and torque on that blade in that short of a distance to make a clean cut like that through the board. It is a fake…laws of physics.
Of course he set it up to be precut but it was still pretty amazing how he zoned in on the precut to finish the job. Incredible aim.
Trick it may be, but an impressive trick eh?
Anyone notice the sparks? Saw blades don’t spark on wood unless they hit a nail. Sparks must have been something else. Hmmmm?
Real or not, doesn’t matter. Still, if true, think of the electrical costs it would save.
