I hate to say it but I think the unemployment numbers will look the same or worse than 2009. Some small businesses do appear to be hiring though so that is a good thing as small business will lead us out of this mess. Update Dec 2010 – Unfortunately it looks like 2011 is going to be just as bad as the previous two years job markets. I really hope we haven’t created a new class of worker…the permanently unemployed.
