Obama’s Supertrain sounds like a great idea but there are three major problems with building a High Speed Rail system. No worries though as the government has shown how well they manage Amtrak, The Post Office, VA Hospitals, Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. Building a train should be easy and will come in under budget cause we know trains always come in on time.
At least Biden calls it accurately by saying the 8 Billion dollars is only “Seed Money”. Last time I checked seeds are what you plant when you want to make something grow bigger. Maybe when the Supertrain is completed they can at least film a new version of Silver Streak and that way we can all have a good laugh.
