Russian troops conduct a hostage rescue exercise. Apparently the Russian hostage rescue teams have no limits on the use of deadly force when it comes to dealing with a hostage situation. I’d give any hostage about a 50/50 chance of surviving a rescue attempt such as this with almost no chance for the terrorist to survive. Of course maybe they figure if the terrorist knows this there will be less incidents to begin with. Got to admire the guy that gets to put the bang stick through the bus window right before the charge goes off. I wonder if they draw straws for that job?
