Detroit has it’s share of problems, more so than many large U.S. Cities, however, it hasn’t hit Rock Bottom yet. Rep. Marie Donigan (D-Royal Oak) and others have a plan to revitalize and save the city: Light Rail. Apparently she believes there really is an unlimited supply of money in the world and spending 500 Million Dollars on a light rail system is just what the city needs. I’ll go with the ordinary citizens view on this one who have a few more “Street Smarts”.
