The Speed Camera Lottery is the winning idea of The Fun Theory award, submitted by Kevin Richardson, USA. Kevin’s idea was to make driving the speed limit fun and reward those who do with a lottery payout courtesy of the speeders ticket fines. Volkswagen, together with The Swedish National Society for Road Safety, actually made this innovative idea a reality in Stockholm, Sweden.
