Rick Mercer reports from Edmonton as he heads downhill in The Great Northern Concrete Toboggan Race hosted by the University of Alberta. If these engineering students can get a concrete toboggan down a hill I’m pretty sure the future of Canada’s infrastructure is in good hands. I’ve never driven on Canadian roads or bridges but I’d be willing to bet they hold up to winter weather better than many roads in the United States.
