Reinhard Schoffthaler is still making rugs by hand in the sleepy little town of Paint Rock, TX. Ingrid’s Hand-Woven Rugs are a step back in time when many things were manufactured by hand here in the United States. Most of the textile business has since gone overseas often leaving the mill towns in poor economic shape.
