Carlos Mencia goes on a mission to find out the meaning of a mysterious California road sign. It’s been a long time since I lived in San Diego but I do seem to recall actually seeing this sign on I-5. I wonder if the “Official” from the California Department of Transportation is still employed after this interview? LOL.
