Sal Giunta is a living recipient of the Medal of Honor from actions in the Korengal Valley, Afghanistan on October 25th 2007. SSG Giunta served with “Battle Company” in the fighting during Operation Rock Avalanche. From Subway Sandwich Artist to Medal of Honor Recipient is quite a journey and he carries himself well.
