When I think of a handmade sailboat I picture the small kind a kid might have to play with on a pond or lake. Dr. John Vardiman from Beaumont, TX. had a different idea when he thought about building a sailboat by hand. His sailboat project was supposed to only take a few years but instead ending up taking over 20 years to complete. The “Bradna Rose” turned out to be a beautiful boat and I think you’ll agree that Dr. Vardiman has a wonderful outlook on life.
