The French Supermarket brand Intermarché has launched a campaign to reduce food waste called “Inglorious Fruits and Vegetables”. The concept is simple and highly effective as they are marketing the produce that is disfigured and normally would have been thrown out before it was sold to consumers. They offer it at 30% less than regular fruit and vegetables. They should celebrate with a Grocery Store Opera.
