In perhaps one of the coolest applications of 3D printing yet a dog gets to run for the first time using some custom 3D printed prosthetic dog legs. The dog is named Derby and he was born with deformed front legs. You can see how much Derby loves his custom 3D printed prosthetics as they give him the freedom to run like a normal dog. There were many skeptics when I shared my first 3D Printer video back in 2011 so it’s nice to see this technology being used to help others.
