Fair Oaks Dairy Farm in Northwest Indiana just south of Chicago is a massive modern dairy farm that produces thousands of gallons of milk each day. Fair Oaks is also open to the public so they can learn about how milk is produced. One of the most amazing attractions at the farm is the live birthing center where visitors can actually watch a calf being born.
