How To Start A Fire With 9 Volt Battery

A short video to show you How To Start A Fire With 9 Volt Battery. Some pieces of tissue and a 0.1mm Nichrome wire were used for this demonstration. You should be aware of this for two reasons. First, if you’re ever in a survival situation and have a battery it’s a simple way to make a fire. Second, and perhaps more importantly, these batteries represent a fire hazard in your home if they are not properly stored or disposed of. Place a piece of electrical tape over the end to reduce the fire hazard. If you don’t believe me hear one man describe his Battery Fire that destroyed his house.
