Medal of Honor recipient Hershel “Woody” Williams shares his memories of using a flame thrower on Iwo Jima during World War Two. There was nothing easy about the fighting the Marines did on Iwo Jima but what Corporal Williams accomplished is simply incredible. He managed to destroy numerous Japanese positions and live to tell about it. He was the last living Medal of Honor recipient from WWII when he died on June 29, 2022. RIP Woody. Semper Fi!
