I was getting bored and burned out with my traditional exercise routine so I wanted to share my new workout. If you’ve been a fan of my site for any length of time you know I share the occasional health and fitness video as a way to try and motivate people to eat right and exercise. This unique exercise routine gets you outdoors and gets you moving unlike no other. I’m pretty sure I set a new personal record for the quarter mile run once the farmer discovered me in his horse pasture.
