An interesting look at the flying motorhome from Winnebago that never quite took off like they thought it would in the 1970’s. The Helicopter Motorhome known as a Winnebago Heli-home was built on a Sikorsky S-55 or S-58 helicopter. This could be luxury living for Alaska Bush Pilots flying into remote areas.
