This street legal plane car is called “The Spirit of LeMons” and is the creation of car enthusiast Jeff Bloch who has earned the nickname “Speedy Cop”. The plane was an abandoned Cessna aircraft and when Jeff paired it with an old Toyota van his new ride was created.
