An Amazing Doctor

The wonderful story of Doctor Bill Krissoff who overcame the loss of his son through personal service and sacrifice. Dr. Krissoff was a successful orthopedic surgeon who raised two sons who both became Officers of Marines. When his son Nate was killed in action in Iraq Dr. Krissoff decided that it was time for him to serve. He managed to get an age-based waiver to join the Navy to become a Battalion Surgeon. It would have been an honor to serve in the same unit as this remarkable man.
