What makes this property so cool is that it is owned by race car driver Ken Block who is also the one of the co-founders of DC Shoes. He built his own snowboard park on the 22 acre property. The 3,800 square foot guest house is already built and furnished on the property but there’s plenty of room left to build a bigger home or two.
