Longboarder Soaring Down Colorado Hill

Longboarder and Boulder native Zak Maytum soars down one of the fastest runs in Colorado at speeds approaching 70 mph in this thrilling video. Zak is obviously a very capable longboarder as he successfully completes the run but one slip up could have resulted in disaster for him. I’m sure Zak is wearing elbow and knee pads underneath his clothes which would help to ease any fall but probably not save him from some sort of injury. If you enjoyed this and want to see another cool video watch professional longboarder Patrick Switzer as he performs a run down a mountain road known as the Anaconda Run.
