They say a tired dog is a happy dog but sometimes a tired dog can also be a thirsty dog and they need a little reminding that they should get a drink of water. Yogi is a 10 year old rescue dog and his owner has trained him to recognize the command “drink drink” to go get a sip of water. I have done something similar with my dog but the command is “go poop” which makes it very helpful to try and control where he does his business.
