The nuclear bunker is located in Culpepper, Virginia and from the outside it appears to be an ordinary building. The Library of Congress is responsible for storing and maintaining all of the different films and Archivist George Willeman is in charge of the nitrate section. I had no idea old movies were made using nitrate or that old film was dangerous.
