Right now there is one country that can be considered the world’s water superpower because of how they manage their water. That country is Israel and what they have been able to accomplish with the use of technology and intelligent use of water is a model for the rest of the world. As the Western United States continues to slip into drought hopefully the techniques used by Israel will become more common place.
