Scarlet Checkers has a rare disease called Ehlers-Dalos Syndrome (EDS) and it allows her to contort her body in ways most of us could only imagine. The good news is she has a positive attitude about this condition and is living her life to the fullest. The bad news is she’ll be confined to a wheelchair within the next 10 years. Life has dealt her a bunch of lemons so I’m glad to see she is making lemonade while she can.
