See the touching story of a dog that was rescued from a deserted island in the Amazon. David Foster was on an Amazon river cruise when he spotted the dog on the island. He decided right then that he would not leave the dog and brought it onboard the boat. He named the dog Negrita and just when he thought he had accomplished a rescue some other passengers tried to get rid of the dog. Leave it to humans to show how cruel the world can be.
