If you are concerned about computer security then you might like to take a look at what Big Geek Daddy uses to protect his computers. I have used Sophos Home Premium to protect my home computers now for several years and it works great! Most days I don’t even remember that I have it installed and running as it is unobtrusive. It will occasionally offer an alert on my computer or my wife’s if one of us is trying to visit a website that is a security risk. Sophos does offer a Free version of their Antivirus and Web Security software but I prefer the advanced features the Premium Version offers. The thought of being hacked and having my files encrypted and held hostage for a ransom is not a pleasant thought nor is having my online banking being vulnerable. So, the Banking Protection and Ransomware Security are the two features I appreciate most in Sophos Home Premium.
