See a stray dog in Thailand be rescued after getting stuck in some tar waste from repairing roads that was improperly dumped on the dusty ground. A good samaritan called rescue workers and they were able to remove the dog from the tar and get her cleaned up after several hours of work. The dog has been named Mali and is now safe.
