The people of Carbondale, Colorado, were treated to a cattle drive as a large herd of cattle was driven through the town on June 1 to reach their summer grazing grounds. Barry Stevenson, who recorded this drone footage, said that “each spring, cattlemen drive their herds of cows and new calves through the center of town. Although traffic is stopped for a few minutes, the local neighbors love that the tradition continues,” Stevenson said, adding that this “herd made the six-mile trip to their summer, mountain home in just a few hours.”
