Guinness World Records shares the most pull ups in 24 hours (female). The record is 7,079 and was achieved by Olivia Vinson (Australia) in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia, on 29-30 March 2025. She didn’t just break the previous pull up record, she crushed it!
