“SLOMO” is an award-winning short film about a man doing what he loves and enjoying every single minute of it. SLOMO is Dr. John Kitchin and he is a well-known figure in Pacific Beach, California for his roller blade skating style which makes it appear that he’s moving in slow motion. He took up skating when he started to have vision problems and became disillusioned with how materialistic his life has become. He has a simple goal for his life now and if more people had the same goal the world would be a much better place.
