Vivien Vajda is a 14 time World Champion at jumping rope so I think it’s safe to say she can claim the title of The World’s Best Jump Roper. I had never considered who the best jump roper in the world is until I saw this video and I’m glad I chose to watch it. Her fitness and dexterity are simply amazing as she makes jumping rope look easy. To get to be this skillful she has put in thousands of hours of practice.
