lawnmowerman is damn lucky he didn’t get run over by somebody drivin while they were talking on their cell phone
why should my tax dollars be wasted on a drunk…ol stevo is a lot safer cuffed and in the car
and the officer can get on to taking care of business…enough time wasted on a complete fool…
besides…stevo knows he cant go home without a beer for his wife…he’s gonna get stabbed in the face… and there ain’t no shop down the road…
end of day…all good… stevo is safe…his wife doesn’t have to stab him in the face…… and most important.. the lawnmower is still good for another day

What in the hell kind of training tape was that? Yes Stiieeve, could use some etiquette training but any fool knows what a blackout is and i see the need for some human relations re-training for this one track minded trooper! He gets no respect so what does he do? -react like cartman on south park and mess up ol steves day bigtime! What is wrong with this trooper? Perspective people,all he had do was restrain steve and transport him and not prolong the stupidity by attempting to communicate verbally with a DRUNK! Steve will get what’s coming to him, but the officer needs to be spoken to about his lack of restraint. Very debatable and i am sure there will be 23 different opinions on this issue. So this was the stepping stone huh? Not bad.
