If you were thinking about becoming a vegetarian then learning about the use of meat glue in beef and poultry products might just cause you to give up eating meat. This is one of those stories I’d rather not know about but am glad that I do as I’ll definitely be paying more attention to where I buy my meat and how I cook it.
