Caffe Latte is a song in the tradition of Gilbert & Sullivan that anyone who has ever been to a coffee store should be able to appreciate. I’m always amazed when watching a well orchestrated Barista crew work their magic at Starbucks or some other coffee house. I would screw up so many orders in such a short time period they’d fire me quickly…but not before I got out of there with a muffin and Caffe Latte.
