Bread And Milk

This guy is old enough to have lived through the Blizzard of 78 and is obviously suffering from Post Traumatic Blizzard Syndrome as he prepares for a new winter storm. I lived through the Blizzard of 78 as a kid so know how important it is too stock up on provisions.
