An interesting look at Debt Collector company CFS-2 which believes being kind and helpful is a better way to get people to pay off their debts than the traditional way debt collectors operate. Founder Bill Bartmann believes that the best way to collect on someone’s debt is to help them start earning again. His company provides a variety of free services including resume help or free housing and as a result they’re outperforming their competition in the process. A hand up is always better than a hand out in my opinion.
