McDonald’s Diet Science

An interesting look at a McDonald’s Diet experiment performed by science teacher John Cisna in Iowa. He wanted to see what would happen if he ate at McDonald’s for 90 days but limited himself to 2000 calories a day. He added in a 45 minute walk each day for a little exercise and the results speak for themselves. A moderate Diet and Exercise are the easiest and cheapest way to maintain good health. If you’d like to see what 2000 looks like watch 2000 Calorie Diet.
