An interesting TED Talk from Shai Marcu on the benefits of a good night’s sleep. Many people are sleep deprived for various reasons and it does have an impact on how you perform during the day. I always choose to sleep rather than cram when I had an important test to study for because I knew that I needed the sleep to be able to think logically while I was taking the test. I find that a good nap everyday helps as well so if you can sneak one of those in I say go for it!
