This basically means it’s going to be warmer in the northern states and colder in the eastern and southern states. I’m sure the western states are hoping for some rain from El Nino to offset the record drought they have been experiencing in California and other states. Weather or not an El Nino actually occurs it never gets old watching Chris Farley as El Nino.
