A 1969 Cadillac Coupe DeVille is a pretty cool car to begin with but when you turn it into a hot tub Cadillac then you know it’s going to be a unique classic car. That’s exactly what engineers Phil Weicker and Duncan Forster have done and they are going to try and set a world record for the world’s fastest hot tub car.
