The video shows what happened during a blizzard when the Highway Patrol Trooper and Cadet that was in training arrived at the scene of an accident involving a mother and two small kids. The first accident was followed by a second and third as drivers of other vehicles failed to slow down and subsequently crashed. Please do yourself and everyone else a favor and SLOW DOWN when approaching and moving through an accident scene.
