Urban Ascents With Alex Honnold

Alex Honnold is without a doubt the best free solo climber in the world. In this cool video sponsored by Stride Health Alex tackles an urban environment as he climbs various structures in San Francisco. He makes this look easy as he climbs Mark di Suvero’s eye-catching sculptures on Crissy Field, scampers up the iconic Palace of Fine Arts, and finishes with a daring Financial District ascent in the shadows of the TransAmerica building that would make Spider-Man proud. I’ve been a fan of Alex’s ever since I saw him Alone On The Wall. If you’d like to learn more about him be sure to watch At Home With Alex Honnold.
