The undisputed title owner of “Crazy Cat Lady” goes to Sixty-seven-year-old Lynea Lattanzio of California who shares her home with over 1,100 cats. This self-described Crazy Cat Lady has a method to her madness though in that she has turned her 4,200 sq ft home into the Cat House On The Kings, California’s largest no-cage, no kill sanctuary for feral and abandoned cats. The cat sanctuary is fully staffed with trained professionals and volunteers and has an amazing amount of funding to keep it running. Everyone seems pleased with the situation except the local field mice and birds.
