A little boy named Joey has somehow managed to get his head stuck in the outside stair railing and his Dad is trying to come to his rescue. Joey’s Dad is trying to figure out how to get him out without damaging the railing. Joey has an easy solution that tells me he’s gotten himself stuck before. I’d be willing to bet that those spindles don’t meet the building code requirement as they are too far apart.
