If you love a good steak or seafood and happen to live near Big Spring, Texas then you might want to eat at KC Steaks and Seafood. Given that the head chef, Albert Smithwick, has been grilling steaks here for 50 years I wish I had known about this place in 25 years ago when I was driving around West Texas for business. I’m not sure the owner and Albert are still working here anymore as apparently the restaurant has new owners since this video was filmed and now operates as TJ’s Steakhouse.
