If you have trouble sleeping then perhaps it’s time to add some plants to your bedroom to help you get a good night of sleep. I have never considered this before seeing this short and informative video but it makes perfect sense. Plants are Mother Nature’s air filters so having a few in the house and especially the bedroom makes sense. I think I might try the aloe plant as those seem the hardiest.
