Albert Einstein’s theory of happiness was written on a hotel notepad in 1922 and recently sold for 1.5 million dollars. Einstein’s happiness theory is simply that pursuing a calm and modest life will bring you more happiness than chasing success. I tend to agree with Einstein as I feel like if you’re constantly striving to achieve or obtain something better than you have you will always be in a restless mood and somewhat unhappy.
