If you’d like to see some cool technology in action stopping people fleeing from the police check out the Grappler Police Bumper. If this works as well as it appears to in the video I’m sure police departments will be investing in the equipment and training for the Grappler Police Bumper. It would appear to be safer and more effective at stopping vehicles than many of the methods currently being used.
